When you get in touch with Cherrytel, we use the information you share to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you need.

What you share

Our inquiry form and guided project chat ask for your name, email address, selected services and project description. You may also share a phone number, company or building name, location, preferred contact method and project timing. Please do not send passwords, entry codes or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use these details to understand your requirements, contact you, prepare a scope or quotation and keep a record of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How your inquiry is delivered

When email delivery is offered, your completed inquiry opens in your chosen email application. It is sent only when you send that email. If online submission is enabled, form information is sent to HubSpot, our contact-management provider. Their privacy information is available at HubSpot’s privacy policy. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

Website storage and third-party content

The website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser storage for inquiry details. Form entries and guided chat answers stay in the current page until you leave or reload it. Closing the chat keeps its answers on that page; Start again clears them. The chat follows a guided intake flow and does not send your conversation to an AI model. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts; your browser shares connection information with that service when loading them.

Contact hello@cherrytel.ca to ask about your inquiry details or request a correction or deletion. We use inquiry information for responding to and managing your request, and retain it only as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations.
